What counts as "analysis"?
Analysis is measured by the volume of documents you upload each month. When you upload files, Sputnik parses, indexes, extracts entities, and structures them for AI access. Your analysis allowance resets every month, so you get a fresh 20 GB or 200 GB each billing cycle.
What happens when I go over my monthly analysis limit?
You can keep uploading. Overage is billed at $0.02/MB on Boutique Firm and $0.005/MB on Scaled Firm. If you regularly exceed your allowance, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective.
What file types do you support?
All file types are supported on every plan. PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, scanned documents, emails (EML/MSG), audio files, video files, and more. Every file is automatically parsed, analyzed, and made searchable.
What happens when a case ends?
Archive it. Archived cases are stored for free indefinitely. You can reactivate an archived case at any time at no extra cost.
What is the Claude.ai integration?
Sputnik integrates directly with Claude.ai via MCP (Model Context Protocol). Access your case files, search documents, and draft responses directly from Claude, bringing your case data into the AI you already use.
What are custom agents?
Custom agents are AI workers that run analysis on your cases while you're away. They can monitor for patterns, generate periodic reports, flag inconsistencies, and prepare briefing materials automatically. Currently available on Enterprise plans only.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime for immediate access. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
