Mateo is an international arbitration attorney. He's spent years working construction disputes and commercial arbitration across Latin America and Europe. He knows what it's like to get a 300-page complaint with 1,000+ supporting files dropped on your desk, with 30 days to respond. He's lived the 3 AM document reviews, the impossible timelines, the nagging feeling that somewhere in those thousands of pages is the one document that changes everything.
Peter has spent 20+ years building technology products. When Mateo showed him how legal teams actually work with case documents, Peter's reaction was: "This is insane. Why is anyone still doing this manually?"
That's how Sputnik started. Not from a pitch deck. From a real case, a real deadline, and a real problem.
