Lock and Approve Drafts

When drafting responses to claims, lawyers often work on some drafts while others are already finalized. Now team leads can lock individual drafts — protecting finished work from accidental edits or AI rewrites. Locked drafts show a clear indicator throughout the interface, so everyone knows what's been approved and what's still in progress.

Drafts Grouped by Outline Section

The drafting interface now groups drafts by their outline section. Instead of one long flat list, lawyers see their drafts organized the same way the final document will be structured. It makes it easier to focus on one section at a time and see progress at a glance.

Import Files From OneDrive

Lawyers can now import case files directly from Microsoft OneDrive — just like the existing Dropbox integration. Connect your OneDrive account, browse to the right folder, and bring documents into Sputnik without downloading and re-uploading.

  • Per-case access control — Admins can now invite team members to specific cases rather than giving access to everything. Invitations include the ability to select which cases someone can see.
